Raised in Paris, I have travelled the world for more than 20 years as an expat with my family. Sharing my love for french cooking with expats from all over the world as well as locals has always been my main occupation: cooking classes, restaurants reviews, food writter, exploring local markets and local products and always learning new recipes from the countries I visited.
A few years ago, I decided to move to the countryside in one of the most magnificient region of France: the Loire Valley with its stunning castles. You'll discover there is a castle in each little town you'll visit. History is part of our modern everyday life.
Now, now settled into my new home, I would like to share with you my passion for our cultural and culinary heritage.
